Plymouth Legal Center is a low cost legal clinic which provides a full range of legal services. It is staffed by only experienced attorneys who are ready to discuss your individual needs and provide you with only the services you require.
If all you need is some legal advice on what to do, then we will discuss your situation with you and give you concrete advice.
If you wish to represent yourself in your own case but still need assistance preparing the legal documents, then we will prepare and file the documents for you.
If you need to retain a full service attorney, then we will represent your interests throughout the entire proceedings.
So what we do is very simple. Whatever you decide. You choose and pay for only the amount of legal services you want and need.
Many of the legal documents we prepare have a fixed price. For example, a Last Will and Testament costs $50.00. You can see a full menu of our fixed-price documents by clicking on the "Documents" link at the upper left side of this page.
If the services you need do not fit into that of a fixed-price document, then you will be charged at a rate of $90.00 per hour. This is compared to the $200.00 to $250.00 per hour that the average private attorney in Plymouth County charges.
