Attorney Donahue has practiced in Massachusetts for 33 years. In November, 2000, he opened the Plymouth Legal Center in downtown Plymouth. In 2025, he moved the business to Carver because it offered free parking and a handicap accessible location for his clients.
Attorney Donahue focuses his practice on estate planning, estate probate, trusts, elder law, real estate sales and divorce mediation
Bill Donahue (Brian's Dad) worked at the Plymouth Legal Center from 2002 to 2015 as a paralegal. Bill provided support to the attorneys in all cases handled by our office and is fondly remembered by the staff and clients alike for his friendly persona and sharp wit. Dad passed in December, 2015 and is sorely missed. If you look around the office, you will still see his old briefcase and some of the furniture he hand-made.
Jean Donahue (Brian's Mom) joined the firm in October, 2004 as the Receptionist Administrative Assistant. Jean was the "young sounding" woman who anwered all phone calls and managed Brian's schedule. Mom passed in January, 2017 and has not been (and can not be) replaced.
